Nu Thai was previously known as Nu's Thai and ran by the respected Virat Suandokmai who has made a fresh start in Sydney now.
Thomas Ng and Jet Chen has taken over the business now for 5 years and have successfully made it there Nu Thai. Since there new management in 2004 they have won many awards. Keeping food fresh and ingredients balanced is the key to there success.
